This process will work on any version of Kodi 17 Krypton regardless of the hardware you are running it on, and will instantly give you access to a wonderful library of media content.
Icefilms has grown a reputation for being able to offer a wonderful selection of high-quality and downloadable movies and TV shows which cover pretty much all genres. It’s for that reasons that it’s probably a must-have for any hardcore Kodi user. Without further ado, let’s just jump right in and take a look at how to get it.

Enable Unknown sources
Step 1: First up, load up the Kodi installation in the first instance and select the‘Settings’icon from the main home screen followed by selecting System settings. Look for the Add-ons option and choose that to view additional preferences.Kodi Set Download Folder
Step 2: Inside of the Add-ons preferences you will see an option titled Unknown sources. There will also be a simple toggle switch located to the right-hand side of that option. Make sure the toggle is switched to the On position to allow us to add new sources to Kodi without issue.
Install Icefilms Kodi Add-on
Step 1: Head back to the main home screen of Kodi and select the ‘Settings’ icon and navigate to File manager >Add source.
Step 2: Inside of the Add source option you will find a text field which is already populated with the placeholder text. Select that to edit the field and add the following URL exactly as you find it here: http://srp.nu
Select OK to exit the entry and add a name for the source. Just call this Super Repo or similar. Select OK to complete and exit.
Step 3: Head back out the main menu of the Kodi installation and select the Add-ons option followed by selecting the box-like icon (Add-ons browser). Select the Install from zip file option and look for the Super Repo media source that we just added.
Step 4: Select Super Repo and navigate to Krypton > repositories >superrepo. Inside of that directory, you will find a zip file that you will need to select and install.
Step 5: Head back to the Add-ons browser and select the Install from repository option. Now navigate to SuperRepo Repositories >Add-on repository >SuperRepo Category Video. Here, select Install to continue. Yes, that’s right, this is the bizarre process of installing a repository from inside of a repository. They don’t make anything simple, do they?
Step 6: Jump back to the Add-ons browser, and navigate to Install from repository >SuperRepo Category Video option and then Video Add-ons. Inside of here, you will find add-on by the name of either Icefilms or Icefilms FIX, which you can select and then Install.
That’s it! the Icefilms add-on should be up and running on your Kodi setup!
